Thank you for shopping with dieforhope! We want you to love your new purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns:
- No Refunds or Returns, All sales are final.
- If a clothing piece came damaged of any sort, contact dieforhope1@gmail.com and we will discuss and give you a refund. We will need Proof of Damage and Order Receipt.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price (minus any shipping costs).
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at dieforhope1@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue and your Order Receipt. We will offer a full refund or exchange, including free return shipping.
